What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, traveler's checks, cashier's checks, money orders and company checks.

Is a deposit required?
We require a $1,000 deposit on all private charters.

What is your cancellation policy?
We accept cancellations up to 21 days in advance of the scheduled departure date with a full refund.  If you cancel less than 21 days prior to the scheduled trip, your deposit will not be refunded unless the trip can be rescheduled.

What if the weather is bad?
No one, including the weatherman, can accurately predict sea conditions the day before a scheduled fishing trip.  No cancellations because of potential sea conditions will be made beofre the morning of the scheduled fishing trip.  The captain makes the decision about the sea conditions the morning of the trip.  If he cancels the trip due to inclement weather, and if the trip cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be made.

How far offshore do you fish?
This all depends on the length of the trip, how the current is running, and what we are fishing for. On our shared expense trips, we average 15 to 20 miles. On our private charters it can be much further.

What will we be fishing for?
Jan - Jun - vermillion snapper, trigger fish, grouper, cobia (late March/April)
Jul - Sep - vermilion snapper, trigger fish, King mackerel, tuna, dolphin, wahoo, marlin
Oct - vermilion snapper, trigger fish, larger King mackerel
Nov - Dec - offshore redfish trolling, vermilion snapper, trigger fish, grouper

In 2008, red snapper season will open April 14th and close October 31st in Florida state waters. Red snapper season in Alabama waters and federal waters will open June 1st and close August 5th.

UPDATE - Conservation Commissioner Barnett Lawley officially extended red snapper season through October 31, 2008 in Alabama's 3-mile jurisdictional waters on Monday, June 30, 2008.
